A minimum of 10 years of hands on configuration/system administrator experience in Kronos 8.1 version or greater is required; handling all system configuration and support the application itself including WIM and with Kronos Cloud platform a product of UKG. The purpose of this job is to provide application support for Kronos Cloud platform. Activities include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting user requests or issues, resolving system and data problems, performing routine system maintenance, maintaining error logs and resolving data and interface errors, testing of system changes, preparation of design specs and test scripts, loading of data, and reporting with special focus on system configuration within the Kronos cloud application.

• Architect, design and develop solutions within a multi-functional Agile team to support key business needs for Sterling OMS application. • Design, implement and test solutions for IBM Sterling OMS. • Partner with business and IT cross functional teams providing technical leadership to translate business needs into technical designs.
