Desktop Support
OS deployment and application using SCCM and Intune. Experience with the Windows 11 process of refreshing machines, and shipping out equipment. Understanding of Office 365 or Microsoft 365 technology and any other client support or project interaction. Be the liaison with Engineering teams collaborating for the resolution of complex desktop problems, communicating technical information, and implementing corrective and innovative solutions to front-line operations support teams. Assist end-users with pre-migration tasks such as data backup and application compatibility checks. Perform deskside hardware and software assessments to ensure compatibility with Windows 11. Participate in the migration process by deploying Windows 11 on user machines according to established procedures. Transfer user profiles, data, and settings to the new environment. Troubleshoot any technical issues encountered during or after the migration and escalate complex problems as needed. Provide end-user training on the new features and functionalities of Windows 11. Document all support interactions and migration progress for future reference. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while working with users during the migration process. Must be a self-starter and have good organizational skills. Good at troubleshooting skills and imaging Experience with the Ivanti ticketing tool will be a plus. Monitor and analyze gap-building processes to rationalize, troubleshoot, and escalate technical problems with endpoint management clients, client inventory, application deployments, and security patching.

Dynamics 365 Lead
ECRI is performing a migration from Dynamics SL 9 on-premises to Netsuite ERP in the cloud. As part of this transformation, we seek a skilled developer to support the integration of Dynamics 365 for Sales CRM with Netsuite. This critical role will ensure seamless data flow and process alignment between the two systems. There is already a Workato developer on the team who will work with the Dynamics Technical Lead to ensure proper development/testing of Workato recipes. Order Management processes are non-standard, requiring a developer who can quickly assess existing Power Automate flows, custom fields, entities, etc. to ensure data integrity bi-directionally. Role Summary: The Contract Dynamics 365 for Sales Integration Developer will collaborate closely with business colleagues, external consultants, and our Workato developer to design, develop, and maintain robust integration solutions. The primary area of focus will be on our custom Order Management processes within Dynamics 365 for Sales, ensuring efficient and accurate data synchronization with Netsuite.

Linux Server Administrator
USPS requires the supplier to provide full life cycle support for Unix and Linux servers, including the installation, building, hosting design, and service deployment, both on-site and remotely. The supplier must provide administration, user support, performance monitoring and tuning, and capacity planning. The supplier must provide a technical leadership role in the planning, development, implementation, maintenance, documentation, and support of a large and complex distributed server environment. The supplier must devise growth plans to ensure that the hosting environment can support the projected growth. Additionally, they must create and implement procedures that support proactive problem detection and avoidance, including disaster recovery planning and implementation. The supplier must maintain and provide notification to USPS management of any critical failures or potential missed milestones.
Business Analyst
• Knowledge of Technical Services domain including Hardware Services, Software Services, Customer Services, and Service Sales is required. • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud –(mostly focused on Service) Service Cloud, (incorporates the following) Service Logistics, Field Service, Assets/Install Base, Subscriptions, and Spares Management. • 2-3 implementations would be a good experience level to come in with.
