Scrum Master
Collaborates with product owners and others to prioritize the product backlog. Ensures backlog is refined and ready for upcoming sprints. Facilitates and supports agile events such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Facilitates discussions leading to collective decision-making, goal setting, and conflict resolution within the team. Assists in the development of innovative approaches to ongoing challenges; has the authority to execute against new approaches and escalate issues through the business/IT channels where necessary. Removes impediments or obstacles that hinder the team’s progress and escalates issues when necessary. Azure Architect
• Design and implement Azure-based solutions with a focus on Kubernetes orchestration. • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployments and scaling. • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications. • Provide guidance and best practices on Azure cloud architecture, Kubernetes management, and containerization strategies. • Conduct performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization of cloud resources. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure and Kubernetes environments. • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud technologies and Kubernetes. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience as an Azure Architect with a strong focus on Kubernetes. • Deep understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes. • Proficiency in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines. • Strong knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM templates. • Experience with cloud security best practices and tools. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: • Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert). • Experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing. • Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
