This is already created and running on the backend, so this person won be expected to have the level of technical aptitude to figure that stuff out. All reporting uses standard report builds, nothing custom there. -The ask for the position is somewhere between operational and customer support. Also, assistance in continuous improvements/systems simplification to avoid ‘escapes (which is an old-school UTC term for mistakes; they search for root cause analyses for what caused the issues, whether its human error, systems configurations, etc.). -Knowledge of SAP outputs would be helpful of course.
