As the subject matter expert in the Demand and Supply planning team for IPM business unit, this position will work closely with demand planners and master schedulers to define, standardize the planning process using Oracle Cloud ERP – Planning Central. Work with technical writer and provide guidance to document the planning process. Train and ensure that standardized and best planning process is followed by the IPM planning team utilizing Oracle Cloud ERP. Collaborate with planning track leads at other Ichor business units and practice/adopt standardized planning process. Identify any changes needed in the planning system, new and modification to existing reports. The Senior Workday Analyst will work on a new global implementation. Experience with Workday HCM Core, Compensation, Security, Reporting and integrations is required. Must have an understanding of business processes and the impacts made to downstream systems and reporting/security. This is not a developer role but you will be going into the sandbox, creating business processes and making sure the steps are correct. Will be working on the requirements for the build. Our client will be cloning their current instance of Workday, about an 80% copy of the current configuration. Functional implementation experience is required. Experience with Payroll integrations from the functional side are also key for this role. From the business side, they need to understand how business processes impact payroll integration. They will be working on documenting everything they have in the system. The areas of Workday not pertinent for these roles are recruiting and benefits administration. That said, experience with benefits in general is a good to have.
